After 20 years our furnace needed major repairs, and because of the government rebate offer we decided to install a new Lennox furnace and a Mitsubishi heatpump system. The latter arrived a couple of weeks after the new furnace had been installed, but one day after final delivery the Walchuk crew promptly finished the job. It took the better part of the whole day, since we in addition got rid of our old boiler and changed to a Navien tankless water heater. The crew didn't leave until everything was running smoothly; we had hot water and a cozy, warm home again without major interruptions. We're looking forward to your maintenance efforts we signed up for to look after our efficient new system. Awaiting our rebate from ON government.

They promised to contact us next spring and they did. The job was done and we were happy with it. When a hairline crack did appear only a month later, we contacted the foreman, Bill. The general workmanship was good; however, sometimes stuff happens. As promised, Bill did follow up, came by to check out the crack, and days later a crew repaired the problem to our satisfaction. Bill the foreman said to contact him should we have any concern, and we trust he'd look after it.
