Wow! What wonderful service with kind humans. They protected all of our furniture before starting work, they were compassionate about our neighbours and parked away from the house as we were in a tight laneway. We got out certification and clearance cert promptly after the work with pictures showing the completed task. From the time we called til the work was done was within 24 hours. Very impressed!

As soon as Michael stepped onto the property, I knew I had made the right choice in hiring him. He was incredibly compassionate and understanding as he carefully went through all the issues he had found. Within an hour, I received a detailed report from him. Michael took the time to educate me on the various items in the report, providing me with information on costs and whether certain things required significant fixes or not. Most importantly, Michael is an exceptional person.

Altin was the first plumber to fix our issue in the condo with honesty and with so much professionalism. I was most impressed by his thoughtfulness - post fix clean-up, communication and detailed explanation. He called us before 30 minutes before and was on time and fixed our issue. We will be using Altin for our future work!
