There is water still entering my home
Jose came to fix a crack in the foundation approximately a month ago. After a couple of rainfalls I noticed there is water still entering through the concrete where the repair was performed. So I called Jose at least three times and also I tried to reach them to the office number. No response. The leak is still there and my basement remains unfinished.

You had been calling the technicians cell phone and not our office as you did when you first booked the appointment. You left this review right after we got off the phone to book the appointment where we came out to your home and made the necessary repairs to fix the issue. You have had no water since so we have done what we promised. My apologies for taking a couple of days to get you in the schedule, I hope that you are satisfied and will recommend our company in the future without hesitation.
