This was the second time we used Prime Kitchen and Bath for a project, and we were a pleased this time as we were the first. The project was a "back to the studs" major renovation, including a refinished floor, a new island and new counter tops, sinks, taps, lighting, light tunnels, windows, doors, cabinets and appliances. Tristan and his sub-trades did beautiful work. They were COVID careful, very responsive with communications and always turned up when they said they would. The project proceeded smoothly and without interruption (except when factors beyond their control intervened, such as the excessive amount of time it took the Township to issue a building permit and an 11-month delivery time on the ovens.) We were extremely pleased with the result, and would have no hesitation in recommending Prime Kitchen and Bath!

Because I was having knee surgery, I needed a bathroom renovated to make a walk in shower accessible to me. I contacted Prime at very short notice to ask for a quote. Tristan responded quickly and we had a quote within a couple of days. We gave him the go-ahead and within about week of the initial contact demolition had begun. The work was finished within a day or two of the estimated completion date, on budget. Tristan had many good ideas and was ale to work independently (we were out of town for much of the time they were working). He and his crew were very pleasant to work with and cleaned up at the end of every work day. He was exceptionally responsive to questions when asked. Overall it was a very good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use Prime Kitchen and Bath again.
