I had a great experience with Steve and Richard from Fortress. I had a challenging situation when the bottom of my wood board and batten and the strapping behind the siding was eaten by termites. Steve listened to a suggested solution, investigated some repair material options and made recommendations re the fix. Mid repair they had to switch gears and change their plan to ensure the best possible outcome and they did it without hesitation. They were a pleasure to deal with and the repair looks great. I hope to be able to use Steve and his team for future work at my house.
