Scott and his team completed my 3+1 bathroom renovation project on time, within budget and pleasantly beyond expectations. We started in mid Jan 2023 and finished first week of Mar 2023. I am very satisfied with the reno result and the experience through the project and highly recommend Scott and his team for anyone who is considering his service. As a noob in reno, Scott provided me with lots of pointers and array of options with pros/cons. From what to get done (or not), where to source items to how to approach the project. His comprehensive knowledge, attention to details and non-bias approach is much appreciated and key factor of the success. I can honestly said Scott takes my interests (as home owner) to heart and very respectful in how to manage challenges and changes. He is highly collaborative with my needs and desires. His can-do attitude with explanation on cause & effect analysis helped me through making different decisions & changes with best available info and transparency. He is very organized and proactively communicate the progress and the plan ahead. Above all, what really set him apart is his attitude, authenticity and ability to deliver. Scott takes pride in what he does, he takes responsibility if something is not done right (happened to my project), he takes care of his customers & his crew, he can take you where you envision your reno project to be with a good journey together. End of the day, there are cheaper options that may or may not deliver the expected quality or the way you wanted, there are more expensive options that may be immediately available but may not be of value or may not be a good experience. My personal take on Scott/Gala is a good niche balancing between quality of the work, the experience, the delivery and a fair price. I will tab onto Scott's shoulder again when my wallet recovers before I tackle another project - kitchen reno.

My landscape project was completed on time and no surprise in cost with excellent outcome!!! I am very satisfied with the service and outcome. Steve and the team did an amazing job in making my front yard one of the most outstanding in the neighbourhood. The project was completed within 2 weeks. During the project, Steve and the Precision team were very courteous, easy to talk to and make sure the details were addressed. Whenever I had questions or concerns, Steve always responded promptly via email/phone/text. During consultation, Steve provided couple ideas and options at different price point. Eventually, we went with what he recommended and it turned out very well. I think he has seen enough houses and yards to know what design will work well. I found the advices he provided was pragmatic and not pushy or up sell. He commented on the pros and cons for different options and let me to decide. Thank you for a project well done!
