Water was dripping through the roof in my porch. I first noticed it was happening last winter when snow was melting and then occasionally throughout the summer during rainy days. I know I better get it fixed before the winter comes. After doing some research, I picked up the phone to call Your Roof Specialist. I spoke to James explaining to him the situation. He said he could come to check it out today. With rain forecasted for this weekend, he said he could do something to protect the roof if it needs more time to do the repair. James came to my house at his promised time. He went up to the roof to check where the leak came from. He found there was an area where the metal sheet was not high enough to cover the wall side completely (it has some wood exposed). He suggested the best option to repair it is to caulk up the exposed area. Not only did he repair the leaky area, he took his time to exam other vulnerable areas and applied caulking to seal up as needed. He said to me once he stands on the roof, he takes responsibility of it. He really demonstrated passion to his profession. James did not charge me for this repair work. I would trust James with my roof need. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs roofing service.
