We are so sorry to hear about your experience, especially since you feel that the caulking could have been cleaner, while the aesthetics of the window installation are important to us, the most important item is the weather seal. We don’t have any record or note of your dissatisfaction and we would have been more than willing to come out to look at the caulking and see if its meets our high standards. Often times, fitting new windows into older homes can be a challenge. Especially if the exiting opening is out of square, sometimes more caulking is needed than desired if the opening is out of square.
