Brad and his crew showed up right on time as advised. Once set up, he and the crew removed a 40 foot Linden with ease and efficiency. Also pruning 2 other 40 foot trees. Backyard was cleaned up leaving it in better shape than when they arrived. I would highly recommend Brad's Macarthur Home Services. all personnel displayed a high level of professionalism. This was the second time I have used their services in the past 5 years.

Near the end of this past summer we noticed a number of wasps using our backyard as home to a large nest secreted within the walls of a stone rock garden. I had tried to eradicate them on my own with the One Shot Wasp Foam spray and couple of times to no avail. I called Ben who informed me I could rid them by using a diatomaceous earth. After several applications, again these pests returned repeatedly. Again I called and was advised Yuri another one of the techs would attend and get rid of them once and for all. Yuri arrived and suited up for battle. He actually had to dig deep into the ground and with the use of more diatomaceous earth etc...finally exterminated the nest and the threat of being stung. Several years ago Ben had ridded us of a Squirrel in the attic preparing to set up a home for itself. Thankfully we caught that in time otherwise we would have been in for a world of hurt and damage. I absolutely recommend Ben and his associates for their professionalism and knowledge in ridding pests from your homes.

Omar came to give us a quote over a month ago to redo our front porch, steps and sidewalk approach to the front entrance which required removing and re installing retaining wall. His quote was accepted over 4 others. He was very polite and professional in giving his advice on the project. He even advised that job would take about 3 days. Just recently, Omar, and the rest of his crew came to start the project and actually totally completed in two full working days. Not only was Omar the consummate professional, he was also polite and trustworthy to his word. He and his crew were respectful and hard working all times.
