Yesterday morning I heard a loud bang almost like a shotgun sound that rippled through my house and later on found out that my garage door won't open. I called Markham Garage Doors and Chris answwered. He answered all the questions that I had and when I initially described the issue in a few words, he immediately knew it was the tension spring. My garage door was fixed that afternoon by Brandon who was also very professional and amazing at what he does. Brandon came on time as well - they are very prompt! The work was done within 30 minutes. Brandon took the time to show me what other tips that I can do to maintain my garage door, he even tightened all the bolts for the door hinges. Awesome company and its employees - I know who to call next time if I need to replace my garage door and any other garage door needs!
