In September of 2019 Euro Choice installed 16 windows, an entry door and a sliding door and we are extremely happy with how the entire process went from start to finish. The quotation was done by the owner, Dube, and he took his time to listen to what we wanted, made some helpful suggestions and answered all of our questions. He didn’t pressure us to sign something on the spot like some of the other companies we got quotes from. Dube also encouraged us to come for a visit at the factory where he took us on a tour and answered more questions that we had. After answering all of our questions, Dube presented us with a quote and again there was absolutely zero pressure for us to sign anything. Before the install, we had additional questions to clarify some finishes and the direction of the rain glass and Dube responded right away and answered all of the questions. During the install we had the pleasure of meeting three of Dube’s staff, all of whom were extremely professional, and treated our home with respect and care. We’ve had a lot of contractors in our house and this crew was the only group that didn’t damage anything in my house. It’s always a bit nerve racking when spending this kind of money and all I can say is, to do your research, ask lots of questions and go with your gut feeling. We are extremely happy that we choose Euro Choice and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for windows and doors. Well done Dube and crew!
