Paul gave us excellent advise on the materials to use in order to blend with the structure still in place. The job was done on a timely basis and of excellent workmanship. I would definitely call them when more updating is required.

I was advised by other plumbing specialists that the drain system was hopelessly plugged and needed to be dug up. I called Roy for a second opinion and was impressed by his experience, knowledge and his determination to accurately assess the problem. The main blockage was near the clear-out and the digging was done in the cantina which allowed for a back-flow valve installation. The net cost after a city rebate was a fraction of the original estimate. Roy is a very honest and reliable workman whom I highly recommend.

Auburn installed a backflow valve on my sewer line. It was a difficult job due to the lack of slope on the line and the valve was a special model. More space than normal was required as a clear-out valve was not incorporated in the backflow valve. I was completely satisfied with the job and would highly recommend Auburn. The quality of work is exceptional and the pricing provides excellent value. In addition Auburn did a job for my mother. It was a difficult job due to the age of the bungalow and the work was completely to my mother’s satisfaction.

I was very pleased with the work done and felt the price was excellent. In addition I had them do other brick work repairs I would have no hesitation in recommending them

The filters failed prematurely and the water developed a bad taste and smell. Watermart never explained why the filters failed, never tested the water to ensure it was safe. They took no responsiblity for their products. I switched back to tap water as a more consistent and safer alternative

I am truly discouraged and saddened to get this kind of review from Glenn. He has been a valuable yearly client of ours since 1996. In this time he has invited us to his home 15 times in 15 years to maintain his drinking water system. This is hardly indicative of someone who doesn't have faith in our expertise.

There's a great expression that applies to any kind of business: “There will always be issues to deal with - but it's how you deal with those issues that count”. I make a concerted effort to run my business in this fashion. So when we found out that Glenn was having a problem with the volume from his system I sent someone out to him immediately.

Very occasionally water filters will clog prematurely. This is often due to work on the municipal water mains and we can't prevent this. The technician came back from Glenns house with the following notes: "Troubleshoot Pressure, Pulled & Changed filters, pulled membrane, sanitized and flushed system, changed flow restrictor to green, tested auto shut off 3 times, advised customer to drain and let fill again 3x and then bring a sample to store. All is working properly." Glenn never brought us a sample.

When we called Glenn to follow up he still complained that his water still did not taste right. During this phone call I made the following set of notes: "Spoke with him over the phone. Agreed to refund his credit card. He is going away for a few days and will call us when he gets back. Dave will then go to his house and test the water the ascertain if the system is working properly." Glenn never called back to arrange for me to visit his home.

We really did everything we could to help Glenn with his issue and to rate us so poorly is nothing short of discouraging and I believe unfair. This review is truly not indicative of the service either myself or any member of the Watermart Team provide.
