We requested for pre-purchase home inspection of a 20 year old detached house. Gavin, the home inspector, came and checked the areas and also gave us a detailed walkthrough of things to be fixed and also advised on how to fix them. He also gave us some safety tips, like where to find propane shut off valves. He sent us the inspection report the same night, which was very fast. Thanks Gavin for your time and recommendations :)
