Two guys Mike and Ken who visited me at the time of quote and all the chat happened with these two guys. They were supposed to finish the job by 3rd July 2019 but till the end of August 2019, there was no sign of starting the job. Every time when I called them they just say we are going to start in the next week but that week didn't come. Finally, I cancelled the contract with them and now they are not returning the money. I have filled the complaint against them. As per my experience, I will advise you to not to hire them.

Hi Arvinder, we had every intention to complete your job. Upon signing the contract we provide an estimate start date and disclose that all deposits are non refundable which is what you signed to.
The reason dates are estimated is due to weather permitting circumstances, as well as necessary customer upgrades on the job. Unfortunately this is out of our control and can cause a back up with the estimated start date.
We kept full contact with you and you decided to cancel your job 1 day before us coming. We visited your property numerous times and provided you with consultations and professional advice.
