Seems like a trustworthy guy but beware. He took deposits to ship our belongings and a car. The guy who delivered our belongings did not honor the deposit we paid to Joe Howard and we had to pay the whole balance at the other end. He also took money to ship my car and then held on to it for over two months. I eventually had to have a friend get the car from him and had to pay again to get it shipped. Overall he owes us about 4600 dollars, and continues to give us the run around. I believed this guy, that it was a misunderstanding, and that he was having hard times. But after more than 3 months is seems clear that I have been scammed. I have filed with the BBB and will spread the word about my experience until he makes this right.
