When I was renovating my kitchen, I wanted to get the best hardware. They have very good selection of products. I bought a water filter and an instant hot and paid over $900. When I experienced problems with my filter, they recommended some other company and were unwilling to listen to my issues. However, there are some salespeople who were helpful. They need to pay more attention to customer satisfaction after the product is sold.

I have been dealing with this company for the last fifteen years. I renovated my own kitchen, put a new kitchen in the basement and another one in the rental property. The owner Len is an extremely personable gentleman with a good sense of humour. The kitchens he fits are very well installed and he is open to any changes and works amicably with his customers to resolve difficult issues. I am very happy with this company.
