Helped me with a tripped breaker over the phone free of charge.
I called another company and was told they couldn't hep over the phone then I called Captain Electric and spoke to Brian. Brian walked me through resetting my breaker on my fuse box in the basement. His instructions were clear and with his help the problem was solved free of charge. This type of service goes above and beyond what I expected and Captain Electric has gained a lifelong customer! Circuit Breakers trip for a reason, and this is something that cannot always be solved over the phone and most often it should not be diagnosed remotely as we did. However - When you described in detail the events leading up to the power outage on that particular circuit, it was clear what had happened, and I was able to talk you through simply resetting the breaker.
