I had done alot of research and received another quote and was very pleased with Lisa in customer service, She answered my thousand questions prior to install and explained everything quite clearly. Richard the technician was great, very pleasant and he too answered all of my questions. My only negative comment would be if there is a delay in getting to the client, just keep in touch with them and let them know what time they can expect you. Other than that no complaints. So far so good, I was worried I wouldn't I would have trouble navigating the system but got the hang of it quickly, just like Richard said ! thanks so much

I was pleased from the time Wendell came to provide the estimate to the finished work. Wendell didn't try to oversell, he said the soffits and fascia were still in good shape that they didn't need to be replaced - why spend money when you don't need to. How nice is that ! However because everything was white and the colour was somewhat worn I decided to go with black eavestroughs ( glad I did, I love it). We did replace the soffits and fascia on the front of the house where the porch is. It is beautiful, Josep did a great job and any concerns or issues he encountered he let me know right away. ( the house is 63 years old so nothing was completely straight). He offered his suggestions and was very patient with my thousand questions and indecision. Joseph was pleasant and knowledgeable. I know you are suppose to get 3 estimates however I didn't, I was comfortable with the estimate process and first impression so went with my gut. Great job, thank you !
