I am very impressed with the customer service and work of GCH Roofing. James quickly called me and set up an appointment. My dad had some damage on his back roof that was letting water in. They immediately fixed it while being sure to take excellent before and after photos, so we knew exactly what was going on. I so appreciated their quick reply and temporary fix as my dad is a disabled senior. They were so respectful and helpful in their interactions with him. James clearly explained the problem and solution to replace the back portion of the roof and provided a clear estimate by email later that day. They replaced the back roof the same week and the final invoices matched their estimate! I can’t thank them enough for their quick response, excellent customer service, and quick and careful installation.
