I came home on Boxing Day to find water in my basement (Merry Christmas). It had been raining all day and I could see the water coming in a crack int he foundation. I sent a request for a quote and Steve called the same day to set up a time to inspect the situation and provide an estimate. He came the next morning, provided a quote (less than I thought) and I hired him on the spot. His guys came out the next morning, but because of the saturated ground, they had to dig a 5x5x2 hole by hand. They did all the work, were very friendly and were done long before the end of the day. Me, being cautious, wanted to wait to write this review until we had more rain, which we did a few days later: 10 mm. I anxiously came home from work and there was not a drop of water. I am very happy with the speed and work done. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Steve and your crew for responding so quickly, especially during the holiday season.

I was experiencing a leak in my roof at the skylight. I called 3 companies for estimates, each said the plywood under the shingles had to be replaced. When giving the estimate, Rob gave us a couple of options for the type of plywood and shingles. After hearing my desires to have a long life single and mould-free wood, he recommended 1/2 inch mould resistant plywood (replacing the 1/4 that was there) and 50 year shingles. He also insisted to have additional ice shield in the roof valleys and 6 feet around the eves of the house - to which I was vary happy to agree. The job took a day and a bit to complete. They even gave me pictures before, during and after the process. I sent these to my insurance company and they removed restrictions on my roof. Everyone at The Cutting Edge was great, from Rob and Jimmy to all the team that worked on my roof. I would recommend them to any one. They did a great job and if I needed it in the future (which would not be for another 50 years!), I would absolutely use them again. Great job guys!

I needed an upgrade to 100 am panel from my current fuse box. I also wanted a ceiling fan put in the master bedroom. This required some electrical work as there was no overhead light. Scott had to run wires from the switch (with had previously powered a wall socket) to the ceiling, cut through drywall and install a fan. For the panel, he had to also perform some other work to make the area large enough to accommodate the newer panel. He did all this on very hot days in the attic and a small enclosed room. The work performed by Scott was great. He was very thorough and let me know of progress through the work. After the work was complete, I had some questions posed by my insurance company. He went above and beyond to help me out and provide answers to their questions. I would use him for all my future electrical needs.

My toilet was leaking (which was ok because I was going to replace it anyways). I've used Caldwell twice in the past and found them very reliable. I called and was able to schedule an appointment based on my schedule. Ryan arrived on time, quickly completed the work and left the work area cleaner that it was before he started. Ryan was very personable and I am extremely pleased with the service he provided. I would recommend him and Caldwell to anyone. Thanks for the great work.

James, Geoff and the entire team were great and very professional, from initial contact to the completion of installation. The company sent out a crew member within a week as a follow up to check the equipment and recommend suggestions on thermostat settings. When I replace my A/C I will definitely have them on the top of my list.

The technician from Anta, Patrick, came to my home quickly and provided exceptional service in a very timely manner. He was very polite, even offered to remove his shoes. He explained the process to me and got my approval prior to leaving. He also cleaned up all of the mess. I have already given the company name, number and technician name to my mother and I would absolutely contract out to Anta again for my next service call. I also used Anta for previous service. The technician, Michael, was to install shut off valves. He recommended capping the lines in the kitchen until the cabinets were installed to avoid significant cut outs in the base of the cabinet. That advice has saved the installation team time and maintained the functionality of the cabinets. I plan to use Anta for all my future plumbing needs.
