My eavestrough were needing replacement and with the first rain storm it required attention immediately. I was referred to LF Builders and couldn't be happier with the work they did....especially installing on a very cold day in March. The crew were quiet, efficient, friendly and hard working. I price quoted around and was pleased to know they were competitive and professional. I would highly recommend:)

17yr old roof showed shingles lifting on the south exposure. Received 3 names of roofing companies and rec'd relatively comparable pricing. Spoke with my brother-in-law who sells roofing in the west to assure myself I was receiving proper information as this is not my expertise. Ultimately went with Eclipse Roofing mainly for two reasons: amount of time Edourt spent providing me information on the roofing material and process and his sincere desire to provide professional service. His crew arrived punctually, were friendly, work done in one day (small bungalow) and clean up extraordinary (narrow a thing to clean, in fact wouldn't have known any work was done other than a nice new roof). Edourt came following and climbed up on roof to ensure work was done appropriately. Ultimately I'm quite pleased with the work and service. Would readily recommend this company to friends and colleagues alike. tks Edourt!

Priority plumbing were responsive, prompt, informative and helpful. The plumber sent was friendly and respectful. I appreciated all aspects of their service, from the initial phone consultation to the service that was provided by the plumber. I would definitely recommend this company for any future plumbing needs.
