BJ in Surrey

Nigel, the owner, did not clear my gutters even though that’s the service I paid for. He told me he would return to fix the problem but did not show up at the agreed time and then would not respond to my texts or emails. I used his company because it is supposedly run by military veterans but the service I received was less than honourable. Oh and he left moss all over my deck and driveway. His pressure washer stripped paint off my fascia and there were multiple cracked roof tiles after he had been on the roof. I am very disappointed.
