Simon did a fantastic job with the landscaping project. They did a large back patio pad, drive extension and side walkway and front and back steps. Simon and his team did high quality work that I can tell is meant to last and is backed by his warranty. The quality of his work shows from the solid base he built for the pavers. He dug a good 1-2feet for the base and compacted the gravel. In the laying the paver, the team were meticulously in making sure they are level, appropriately spaced and neatly cut where needs. Overall I am very satisfied for the work and would say I got the value for what I paid him. I look forward to hiring him next season to do my driveway.

This may just be a one off for this company but I didn't have the most satisfactory experience working them. Off the bat, there were delays in getting the job started beyond the time frame they have had initially told me. The job was finally started in August 2020 and was completed in two days. Backstory to the job. I had a problem with my 3rth floor balcony in my home collecting water and leaking water into the walls and bedroom below. I asked them the company to provide a solution to the water collecting and leaking from the balcony. Few other companies I had consulted had suggested, given the design of the balcony, it was a difficult job and had not taken it on. Don had provided a solution that he stated should fix the problems. The job was completed in August and in September, when we had some rains, the water was puddling up in the the balcony again and creating puddles of debris. It wasn't leaking, the the work had held up in that regard. I tried cleaning the balcony by hosing it down and this resulted in large amounts of stagnant non-draining water on the balcony, that I only really get cleaned up by wiping towards the drains that were sloped up, and further mopping the balcony. The balcony hasn't been usable because of stagnant non-draining water, the ground always has a puddle of water and is dirty. I contacted the company multiple times by email and phone since September 2020. Don came down once to look at issue, and left saying he would get back to me about a possible solutions, but may be difficult. I haven't heard from him or any one since. Last correspondence was with Chris after I emailed them again, and he said he would call me in the new year. Haven't heard back from him either. At this point I'm not really hopeful of anything being done. And don't really have the time to be chasing after them.

Joseph and his crew helped us move from our 3 bedroom townhouse to a bigger place. They were all very professional. They were very careful with all the items, and respectful of our wishes. They tried their best to accommodate our requests of minimizing dirt tracking in to the new house. They also did not waste anytime and got the job done within the 4 hours.
