Unfortunately i’m disappointed my elderly parents paid for the entire job— without thoroughly inspecting the work or work area (which was only the equivalent area of a twin size bed). Not only was there a flagrant crumbled hole left unrepaired but the worker thought nothing of letting the excess cement mixture drop into the garden behind their small border of currant bushes without cleaning it up or taking away their lawn sign. When weeks later my mother decided to call and ask for someone to return (and to pick up their lawn sign), she was told they would come by “Thursday or Friday”. No one showed up or had the courtesy to call or provide an explanation. This work was done in June/July of 2019 so this a most recent review. Why would we recommend this company?
