Claims to know concrete, laid a small walkway around pool, with no metal and no compacting. Started cracking in less then a week. Started demanding cash to complete the job. Actually walk away from the job because I would not pay him completely in cash before job was finished. Had to get three other concrete companies to give me quotes, all recommended that his concrete wouldn’t last a year and needed to be replaced. So I have additional cost of approximately 10 k to remove his shoddy workmanship. Discuss with his men that they were being paid cash. So I believe they may not be bonded on the job as well. He doesn’t have a place of business so this makes it hard to take legal action. So make sure you check if you do hire him. But be warned
