Fabulous! Our house sold in one day, and Ella's staging was key to our success. When Ella told me we should get rid of our Oriental rugs I was shocked. But she was right. Buyers are buying the walnut hardwood floors not the rugs. Ella worked with us to stage the rooms the way I wish they had looked when we lived there. Out went the Ikea furniture, in went white leather sofas and a modern table. The result were rooms that looked like they were prepped for a magazine spread. Everything was done on time. Assistants rolled out mats to protect our floors. I highly recommend Ella and her team. Super professional. Nice people. Great results.

As designers, we are very picky about painting. Getting the colours right and all the edges "neat" on a room is really important to us. It's a challenge to find a painting company that can deliver quality, service and price. I'm delighted to say that Encore delivers on all three. Over the past four months we've had Encore Painting at our home to do various painting projects for us. They've repainted two bedrooms, our hallways, new baseboards, new doors, and our newly renovated den. All the rooms look great, and their attention to detail is superb. What I also appreciate about Encore is that they hire "nice" people. We've put them to the test on this because we've had them back many times, and have had different painters. Each time, I've come away thinking that Jon (the founder) hires great people who know how to paint. It's always an imposition to have people working in your home, but with Encore staff, their courteousness and thoughtfulness really stand out -- it's a pleasure to have them around. I recommend them highly. (Leah, our Supervisor was terrific.)

We are delighted with the service that Robert Yamamoto gave us! We ordered a beautiful new stair carpet on Dec.10th, knowing that it was unlikely to be installed by Christmas. However, Robert surprised us and had it installed on Dec.24th. Their attention to detail was fabulous -- a flawless installation. We shopped around but Dominion had the best and most stylish selection by far. We are enjoying our new carpet, and recommend Dominion highly.
