We had some siding torn down during the windstorm on the weekend. On Sunday evening I emailed VCS and the next afternoon I got a call from Vitaly. Although he doesn't usually service this area (about an hour outside of Toronto), he agreed to take the job. He came the next day, Tuesday, with all his materials and got the job done in less than two hours, and then fixed a fallen drainage pipe that I had not even seen. He was very respectful and explained the problem to me and some possible solutions. I will definitely call VCS again in the future.
