We are still at the beginning stage of getting our countertop replaced both in the kitchen and bathrooms. Hong Fa provided excellent information to us as well as given us samples to take home for color matching, reference...etc. Will post more as I contact them again and through our reno!

It was an okay experience with Bathcity, craftsmanship was not up to expectation, especially with the backsplash. However we found them pretty convenient because they were able to serve as a one-stop-shop for us. Which was what we needed at the time. Although I am sure you can find a better contractor at a better value if you are willing to go through the research!
