Tommy was one of the most unprofessional, unreliable individuals I have encountered. I was required to chase him around numerous times to set up a time for the work agreed and often, he would not reply for days. Rearranged schedules to accommodate his commitment and twice he never showed at the agreed time, nor called to say he wasn't coming. Frustrated, I called the main number and asked to speak with a Manager; was told someone would call me but no one replied. Tommy must have been told to call and after several back and forths, he finally showed up (late). He offered to do the entire eaves versus 3/4. Asked him to start at the back first as the baby was sleeping only to find him banging around the front. Shortly after, he disappeared, leaving a very nice, unfortunate young man to do the whole job. I'm sure it breaches liability and very dangerous not to have someone holding the ladder. When completed, the employee left and Tommy told him just to leave the ladders on my property (without asking permission). He subsequently showed up at 10pm to pick them up. I once again asked to speak with a manager; no one called and I advised Tommy that I would not pay the balance until I received that call. Finally someone called asking for the money. After explaining this situation, I was told Tommy didn't work there any more. I felt it cost me more to use the service than what I received and the manager finally offered to knock of $82. It was a poor and unsatisfactory attempt to take ownership. Will never use them again.
