Totally awesome product from Craftbilt. I ordered one for the front porch and a smaller one for the side door. The sales staff were very helpful. I only had to supply the dimensions. It took about 5 weeks for delivery but it was worth it. The company does not install the product but can recommend qualified installers.

I received a quote online and the company called back promptly to schedule an appointment. Damien and Paul, our service technicians, arrived at the scheduled time and took care in ensuring the work was completed in a clean and expert manner. They did an extremely thorough job and the final price was less than the quotation. Thank-you so much! We would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them for our future duct cleaning needs.

Our 1958 bathroom was long overdue for a complete renovation. The Home Improvement People delivered a quality product with impressive results! It greatly exceeded our expectations. Gerhard provided accurate measurements, a detailed quote and timelines. There were no surprises. Change orders and additional costs were clearly explained. Minor issues post-renovation were handled promptly. Shannon, our design consultant provided expert advice on design drawings and product selection. Two small shelves for the vanity were missing from the delivery but Shannon arranged with the supplier to replace them. Daniel was phenomenal with the demolition and re-build. He regularly consulted with me to make recommendations on details as he worked through the project. He took great care to ensure that there was no mess and cleaned-up thoroughly after each work day. In summary, the end product reflected quality workmanship and a high degree of professionalism. We highly recommend The Home Improvement People and would not hesitate to hire them again for future renovation projects.

Experienced a drain blockage. The first service person snaked the inside drain only. Charged me $345. The blockage persisted. I called to request service again. It turns out that the first guy should have snaked the outside drain since tree routes were blocking the sewer pipe. The second guy snaked the outside pipes and charged me another $345. He said "well, it is just your word against the first service guy who screwed up". I complained to the office administrator who agreed to give me a 15% discount. Guess what...I never did get the discount. Never mind that they should not have charged me anything for the second service call. I will be taking my future business elsewhere.
