--- Ceiling --- My wide and I didn't like our popcorn ceiling on our 2nd floor and had it replaced with ceiling drywall. Onyx assessed the situation and recommended to replace the drywall. At 1st I thought it was going to be a huge job, but was convinced to not use mud over the popcorn ceiling because the ceiling was not flat. It would require more work to do a straight mud job over popcorn. At the end of the day I was glad we replaced the ceiling and the attic insulation, because I was able to find leaks, mold and poor insulation in certain spots! The insulation was replaced with R60 cellulose, new 6 mil vapor barrier, and drywall. We couldn't be more happier! --- Bathroom --- Onyx drywalled two of my bathrooms. They were both a complete gut job and they look fantastic. Onyx used the latest drywall (Denshield) for our showers and mold resistant board for outside of shower. --- Patch Work --- I had onyx replace a previous door entry to a closet with drywall. It is seemless! They were able to blend it with the existing wall on both sides. Looks great! --- Fine Detail --- Since my 2nd floor was going through a major renovation, Onyx walked around and filled any dings, dents, and imperfections. After a coat of paint, our walls look brand new.
