I compared quite a few competitors in the industry, and Alliance Floor has absolutely no hidden charges or any additional charges even if they encounter unexpected difficulties during installation. The owners Lehel and Timea are very friendly and most importantly, they are very PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIBLE. Both the hardwood and carpet installers are punctual and fast-paced. Here is my story, Alliance floor installer made a mistake installing my hardwood floor by using the wrong nails, and causing the floor to be very squeaky. Once I reported this back to Lehel, he came in person to check my floor on the 2nd day, and then he offered us re-installation of the WHOLE hardwood floor AT THEIR EXPENSE meaning they had to re-order the hardwood floor material and pay the workers for removing and installing our floor again. And they apologized for the inconvenience caused me. After the second installation, my hardwood floor is solid and concrete.
