My wife and I had been looking for a couch for quite some time. We went to every store you can think of and were annoyed by the sales people and the poor quality of the products they had. The moment we walked into Toute Suit. They held the doors open for us and for our babies stroller asked if we wanted cold water for the baby and said the magical words " have a look around and let us know if you need any help". We found the most amazing couch but needed it to be reversed from right to left as it was a sectional. Vish and his associate were amazing. They set the order up took a small deposit and we were on our way. We were told the couch would take a few weeks to be made custom as to our specs. 1 week shy of the final date we were contacted by Vish to let us know that it would be delivered in 2 days. When the couch came my wife and I were blown away by the finished product. Its has now been 3 weeks and we had time test it out. We can truly say that it is the most amazing couch that weve seen in our lives and we feel proud to own it. We never though that such quality and perfection could exist for this price. Vish was amazing, he was so helpful and delivered on every word. To be honest he over exceeded any possible expectations. Also he threw in 2 free down filled accent pillows that match the couch perfectly. We will only go to Toute Suite from now on for all of our furniture needs. Everything is customizable but best of all the quality of the product is unbeatable. It was just a stroke of luck the we walked into this store. Vish thank you so much for everything. You guys are fantastic
