Terrible workmanship and service. I have attached pictures of the work to illustrate the state these guys left my home in. This job was "completed" in March 2020- just over a year later, on top of the initial crappy workmanship, the siding has now buckled. We complained from the first day of the work because we requested that they wrap the area in Tyvek- which we supplied- they failed to do this. We requested proper fittings around the gas, exhaust and outlet- he said that there was no fitting for these fixtures- they are available at Home Depot for less than $10. The siding has screws drilled through and visible to the surface, poor cuts, poor finishing and poor installation. When we complained he threated to sue us. I wrote a complaint on his Facebook page- he asked me to remove it and he would redo the work. Once the review was down- I never heard from him. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS- it will cost you more at the end of the day.

Brian is 'da bomb....and if I could give him more stars , I would! Brian provided a quote for the scope of work and he was able to stick to it. I had shopped around and his quote was very competitive. He measured all of our doors (16) and trim (3 floors/11 windows) and we ordered the supplies- his prediction on material was completely accurate and we had 1 piece of trim to spare. He was very responsive to our questions and was able to give us great direction and recommendations (which we really appreciated as novice and exhausted renovators). We also appreciated that he did not make some required extra steps into a big dramatic deal. He simply said- we can deal with that....its not a problem. Brian is not only a true professional, but a wonderful human. We felt that he really cared about our project and was invested in doing a perfect job- not just rushing through it and moving onto the next project. He was flexible with the timeline and was able to accommodate our schedule (we were managing several projects simultaneously). He is dependable and reliable and we felt that he went above and beyond for us. We have worked with many trades over the past 6 months and Brian has been a pleasure. Rooterworkx poured a concrete floor in my basement. The work was done as contracted. I did have a complaint after the job was completed regarding clean up- but Oleg was very fast to respond to my concern and address it to my satisfaction. He cares for his company and it reputation and will stand behind the work. Katrina, Nick and our Lesvieville 80 year old home.

A very positive experience with this company from sales (Jason) to measurement (Igor) and install (Denis). I connected with Canadian Choice via Facebook ad- I was renovating a house and needed all new doors and windows. Jason was the sales rep and he was prompt and informative. He did some initial measurements and provided me a quote there was no pressure to buy. I sought out 2 other quotes- but Canadian Choice beat them all by $4000. A a cautious buyer- I went to the factory showroom on Steeles where I viewed the product and was completely satisfied. I eventually placed the order which required a second visit from Jason. He provided some sound advice that saved me an additional few dollars. Several weeks later Igor arrived to do the measurements....also a positive experience. After that visit- I made one slight change to my order (which was no issue) and then was all set. The production time was about 5 weeks- which fit great with my timeline. Installers Denis and his team were quick and efficient. They installed all the windows on the same day and had to return the following day for an hour to finish flashing. They actually would have finished on the same day- but Igor did some framing where wood had rotted and also installed a Home Depot door for me. I had bought one custom door from Canadian Choice and the back door I used a basic Home Depot door. A very good experience....professional from start to finish. If I could give 10 stars I would. Holden and his team are prompt, professional, fair and diligent. From the quote to the completion of the work- every step was smooth and stress free. Every step of the process was clearly explained and options were provided to a potential complication ( that turned out not to be an issue). My home is a century home downtown Toronto and we removed the back double brick wall to create an open concept main floor. My boyfriend and I are completely impressed with Larcon. They do beams and they do them right!! I would highly recommend this company....if I could give them 100 stars I could. Katrina & Nick Leslieville
