Our 13-year old LG washing machine stopped running suddenly 3 weeks ago and we thought it may be time to replace it. Luckily, we found Yevhen on Homestars and decided to try to repair it based on his expert detailed diagnosis on the issue and after also giving consideration to 3 other repair guys. My wife and I found Yevhen to be professional, respectful and honest (tell it like it is and setting expectations). He was punctual, wore shoe covers and worked hard to replace the drain pump motor in just over an hour. We are very happy with the outcome - our washer has been running like brand new ever since. We are glad to be able to continue using our old washer as we know older appliances are better built than new ones with quality parts and materials. Yvehen was very reasonably priced - his job also came with a 3 month labor and part warranty. I have already given my family and friends Yevhen's name - we will definitely call him again if we ever need his help down the road!

Spring Home had installed a furnace, AC and humidifier at our old house about 4 years ago and we were pleased with their service. Last month on a late evening on March 22nd at our new house, we had a problem with our furnace, I called Spring Home again. There was follow up issue at the beginning, I had commented on it that I was dissatisfied with at the time. Spring Home has then contacted me regarding the issue and through a conversation with their Manager (George), it came to light that the issue was the result of a misunderstanding/miscommunication I had with Cheryl and the technician. They have since then come back to rectify all these issues with no hesitation and done to my complete satisfaction. From what I have just experienced, I will continue to hire Spring Home Heating to service my heating and cooling equipment.

My furnace and AC are getiing too old and I was considering to replace them with more efficient system so I can save the money from my utility bills and also take advantage of the rebates. I called Spring Home Heating and Cooling, to get some advice. Cy Goh came and gave me some advice on the best value system for our home which really help me in my purchase decision. I have several quotations from different contractors, but at the end we decided to go with Spring Home because the price is very fair and I read all the great reviews from Homestars. I found Cy to be very professional, customer oriented and patient. Also, I would be remiss if I didn't give credit to their installers who were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They also gave me a contact name for eco-energy auditor. The job was done in one day, and the electrician also help me install several electrical outlets at no charge which was a big deal for me as I'm on a tight budget. Well .... I will definitely refer Spring Home to my friends or family.
