I have mixed feelings about Direct Energy. They have services my old Heil furnace for 9 years and I have had no complaints. In fact, it was Grant their service technician that suggested I replace my furnace with good arguments. What makes me mistrust this company is their misleading advertising. Their internet ad regarding government rebates assumes that most customers are complete morons and would naiively accept their misleading claims. NEWS FLASH to DIRECT ENERGY: Don't assume that all potential customers are dumb.

I have been very impressed with Cosmopolitan from the start to finish of my Furnace replacement project. Paul Sushobhan's 30+ years of HVAC experience was invaluable in making my final product selection - a Lennox SLP98. Paul was very informative about the local residential HVAC industry and about his products. He was also careful not to over-sell which usually puts me on guard when dealing with sales people. The 2 installers who came to my home the next day were equally professional in the work. The installers completed their work in much faster time than I expected. The Lennox furnace is so quiet compared to the 20 year old Heil it replaced that it reminded my wife of the quiet we used to experience at our cottage . I am very pleased and recommend these guys to everyone.
