I had a an urgent insurance claim for water damage to my basement where my concrete floor (on grade) sank due to water main break. Kerrisdale came in and replaced all of the concrete floor. They added rebar so it would never happen again. Stressful situation but Kerrisdale fixed everything.

Replaced my drain tile and concrete sidewalks around my home. Timely and efficient. great job. Price quoted was price paid for the job. They even provided cement blocks for esthetics. Added risers to my sump to bring it up to building codes.
