I had called a plumbing company who advised me every couple hours for 2 days that they were just finishing up and would call when on their way. Third day I called Arpi's at 7:30am, the job was done and I had water again by 9:15am! Showered and back to work, no more days without pay waiting for a company that may or may not show up. That's the way you do it, say you're going to be there and then be there! Thanks James.

We were impressed with the installation as the 14 windows were being installed, noticed only one scrape on a bathroom wall, but then the doors were installed on the last day. We were expecting the doors to be slate coloured exterior and not expecting holes in the doors sides. Our salesman explained the holes are from how they are secured in transit and apologized for our misunderstanding about the colour as Supreme does not paint the doors. He advised how we could fix the holes ourselves, sent 2 pages of small print, including best practices, remove the doors, cleaners to use, paint etc. We would not have purchased doors that were not a finished product and I am upset about, if not deliberately, being allowed to misunderstand the product we were buying. I have to rate as 5 out of 10 because of the sick feeling I have from "our misunderstanding" instead of the 10 out of 10 I thought during the renovation. Beware of what you think you are getting, terms used on contract "Detail DB, Adj Strike, CD2BM, Slate, Slate Clad Jamb, Satin Nckl Hinges, Viewer" may look like a Slate exterior is included. No effort has been made by Supreme Windows to rectify beyond how to fix the holes and colour myself. Jeff & Ruth
