I called a few places to look into my leaky kitchen faucet this morning. most places I called I got answering machines so I couldn't ask any questions. The others couldn't give me a ballpark estimate of how much a standard procedure like mine might cost. When I called Dave he was nice, courteous and personable. He was also able to tell me how much my job should cost. When he arrived on site he was able to asses the situation and stick to the amount he quoted. His work was quick, efficient and professional. I would recommend Dave to anyone looking for quailty work without the runaround.
