Picked up a tub last year, our sales person was Doug. Was told all sorts of stories how they would be there for us and how this tub would be excellent in the winter. Not working out so well. The 20 dollar promise for heating the tub, yeah, that to is a joke. They will tie you up in red tape so far that you will forget what you were first asking about. Bottom line is that they are schisters and once they got your money, not very much help. What do you do when you have a tub and no one to fix the problems which started at purchase. Buyer totally beware.

Our heating guarantee is no joke. If you believe the costs to heat your spa is more than $20/month you need to contact our service department immediately. They will bring out a Hobbs hour meter and measure the heat usage of the spa. If you are in fact spending more than $20/month to HEAT the spa we will reinsulate your spa at no charge and make sure it is running aligned with our guarantee.
