Quoted $650 for the move, was charged $1050 even after sending pictures, providing the storage unit size and listing the two large items that needed to be moved - an oak dining room table and a treadmill. No bed, no sofa, just light boxes (filled with kitchenware and clothes) equivalent to half of a 10x10 storage unit. Nothing changed from the time of the quote but somehow the charges skyrocketed. When I called to review the bill, i was told the person on the other end didn’t have the bill on hand so didn’t know why the cost had gone up so much. But they were able to charge my credit card within minutes... was told I’d get a call on Monday to review the bill. Call never came but the payment posted to my Visa. Sad because I opted to go with this company rather than another because of the good reviews... and the other company only quoted $350 for the move! Horrible experience, would not recommend. As an aside, I’ve noticed they have the exact same 5* reviews posted by multiple users... seems a little sketchy. Buyer beware!
