Michael is an excellent home inspector. He was very methodical and took his time inspecting the property. He is extremely knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had with detailed explanations. Michael is also very pragmatic; he highlighted a number of minor deficiencies in the property, and suggested practical solutions to get them repaired without breaking the bank. His inspection found several major areas of concern with the electrical system; again, he provided suggestions on how to proceed and keep the process moving forward. His fees represent excellent value for money. I wholeheartedly recommend his services.

I found Brent through the Homestars website. Like others, I was impressed but nonetheless skeptical of the seemingly never ending 10 star reviews. Having used his services today, I can say that the 10 stars are fully warranted. Brent was easy to contact, always courteous and quick to respond via phone and email. He was on time for the inspection and ready to work. On the day of the inspection, Brent took his time to make his way around every square inch of the house. He encouraged me to tag along and gave extremely useful tips on basic maintenance items to be performed on the house. For example, there is a pool in the backyard of our prospective home and his advice regarding its maintenance will likely pay for his inspection fee several times over...and that's just one tidbit of advice he provided during the course of his thorough 3 hour inspection. After the inspection was complete I received an inspection binder complete with report; by the end of the night, Brent had sent me over 90 pictures taken during the course of the inspection (including but not limited to pictures of the roof, attic, and electrical panel interior). Brent is knowledgeable with a obvious desire to protect the best interests of his clients. I wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone looking for a home inspector.
