Hard wood Flooring in the kitchen/dining
We had selected oakland flooring for new hardwood floors for our kitchen. The job involved installing brand new hard wood floors for our entire kitchen. In addition we needed sanding and refinishing of the floors in the dining and living rooms. Nasser, came by to inspect the job promptly as scheduled. Right from the beginning to the very end it was a pleasure to deal with Nasser. He made the job easy and worked around our contractors with ease. I would have no problems recommending oakland flooring.
Duct Cleaning Post Renovations
I had found the Duct Cleaning Specialists from the Homestars website. I called to make an appointment with them after our renovations where complete. Paul Hannah came by and began an inspection of the the work at hand. Paul opened up a variety of different ducts in order to take a closer look. He shocked me when he told me the ducts where clean as a whistle. He could as easily have connected his hoses to the ducts and proceeded with a pretend cleaning job without me knowing. Paul is a true professional who is not only knowledgeable but honest. He was ready to leave my place totally happy with not having made a quick profit. He indeed has the long term relationship with his customers in mind. Finally, Paul was kind enough to drop off some filters for my furnace the next day. As an owner of a small business I love dealing with folks who are service oriented. I would endorse Paul's services to anyone that needs their ducts cleaned and not having to worry about it.
Akil, I appreciate the kind review you posted. Sometimes renovations can create a huge mess inside the ductwork where it makes sense to have them cleaned out. Fortunately, in your case, the system was very clean, minus a few rocks and other debris that we were able to just vacuum out by hand. Keep me in mind in a few years, we can have a look and possibly just do the return system cleaning at that time. Keep up to date with the changing of your furnace filters, and have the HVAC company attend to the furnace and boilers yearly and you should be in good shape.
