1st We bought $1000 worth of gift certificates from this store and as soon as we mentioned it their price went up. 2nd We have asked them to come by 4 times this past year scheduled an appointment each time and sure enough no one came no phone call no nothing. They are scam artist as i am out $1000 so far and now i wouldn't even want them to install my carpet as they have crappy serive thus far.
