We got the Chinook california king size down comforter when we got our big sleigh bed. This is the most luxurious comforter I've ever had. It's warm in the winter but never too warm and light and airy enough for the summer. The people at the Down Shoppe were really great to us and gave us an amazing deal. They also really helped us in recommending a perfect weight/loft for our budget.

Stirling Davidson inspected our 101 year old Ramsay property. He did up a big report, was very thorough and put it online for us along with a print when he was done. He was really reliable and we've ticked off the red flags in the report shortly after we purchased it. 5 years later the home is great. We've referred him to a number of friends who've all been really satisfied with his work. This guy also does lots of charity work overseas, an awesome person to hire!

Halstead made us a fantastic mattress, we're very tall people and they made us a California king size mattress and did it custom to our bed (tall boxspring). We each got the type of mattress we wanted, I have a soft foam, husband has a medium coil and there's a soft pillowtop over it. No complaints, they were great to deal with, local and inexpensive.

We jumped in a sale at dauter and got a fabulous deal at dauter stone for 2 bathroom countertops. The salesman was great, I can't remember his name, he was just having his first baby, really really nice guy and set us up with a beautiful white quartz for both bathrooms at a great price. Thanks!
