We had a local appliance repair company come out and look at our front load washer as it would not drain out the water, when he left the washer was not fixed and was actually worse than before ! the washer was now leaking and very noisy. My friend said that I should call Major appliance repair. I did and 2 hours later a tech showed up to look at the problem. he was very capable and knowledgeable, he replaced the water pump in about 10 minutes and while he was working on the machine he also lubricated the bearings and adjusted several other things, the washer has never worked better. Do your home work and be careful who you let into your house, I was very Impressed with Major appliance and will call them from now on.I will definitely recommend this company. Vanessa
