We had a leak in our roof. Contacted a bunch of roofers. Most didn't even call us back. A couple made appointments with us and then didn't show up... A friend recommended Chouinard and we gave them a call. Amazing! The repair guys fixed not only the problem we knew we had, but another one they ran into, all at the estimated rate we'd been quoted over the phone. They were professional, friendly, funny and helpful. Highly recommended.

After a receiving fantastic service from Reliable when our furnace broke down this winter, they were the first (and only) company we thought of when we decided to finally get AC in our home. I called on Monday and Mark and Shane arrived right on time the very next day. Both guys were polite, courteous and went above and beyond to troubleshoot around our less than ideal configurations. I can't speak highly enough about Reliable Home Comfort. They provide truly exemplary service at competitive rates. Highly highly recommended.

We were enjoying a quiet evening in last night when something in our basement went BANG! and then everything went eerily quiet. The furnace had conked out and the temperature in our home was dropping. We did what little troubleshooting we could and finally realized we'd have to bundle up and wait until morning. I researched technicians on HomeStars and these guys were number one...plus the actual written reviews were impressive. So I gave them and a few others a call. Reliable Home Comfort told me that they'd be happy to come look at the furnace, but that I should call the installer first because the furnace might still be on warranty (we weren't 100% sure because we only bought the house 3 years ago and the furnace was installed in 2007, but we didn't know what the exact installation date was). I called the installer (who shall remain nameless but is a large and well known company) and they told me that the furnace was no longer on warranty, and they'd be happy to come out and take a look at it, for a $109 fee. I called HomeStars back right away and they sent Jamie out to take a look at it later the same day. Jamie discovered that the motor had died and immediately replaced it. He also pointed out that the exhaust piping is not up to code (he's right, I checked - thank you again original installer) and will be coming out to fix this next week. Jamie was friendly, courteous, efficient and helpful. I'm thrilled with the service so far, and am sure my husband and I will be equally as thrilled with next week's work. Highly recommend Reliable Home Comfort based on our experience with them so far.
