When I found a chip in our quartz countertop it was very disheartening as we had only installed it a year ago. I called Mr. Granite because of their incredible reviews and was not disappointed at all. Chris reassured me that the chip would be taken care of and the countertop will look as good as new. And boy did he deliver! You can tell he is dedicated to his craft and wants the absolute best result. The countertop looks like it did the day we bought it. After a year of interior renos and some major ups and downs with our contractor, it was time for us to get the exterior of our house matching the incredible work we had done on the interior. We went with them and I can tell you it was one if the besr decisions we made through our reno process. Octavio is incredible! He is up front with all costs and very realistic with timeliness. He also has great design and finish ideas which was such a pleasant surprise. I would get pictures of progress throughout the project and was consistently asked for feedback. His passion for the work is evident through every step of the process. The costs were also very reasonable given the high quality of work.
