I went on vacation and they built a fence while i was away without discussing it with me or giving me a quote. This company approached my neighbors about building a fence. Advised my neighbors they would talk to me and get my approval before the go ahead and bill us all separately (I found this out when I returned because I asked the neighbors how a fence came to be before discussing it together or seeing a quote). I returned to a yard full of clay, debris and garbage along with a poorly constructed fence. It took me an entire evening with help to clean it up. The owner of Altalevel, Isaac Oslansky has been harrassing me with a gigantic bill for this unauthorized work on my behalf since July from emails, to coming to my house and bills in the mail. Even though he admits to us not having a contract he feels I should pay the bill because i didn't try to stop the fence construction (even though i was out of town). He is trying to bully me into paying because he knows I am a single mother and my kids get scared when there is a pounding on the door at 8pm. I do not recommend this company.
