I am a first time homebuyer and used brent to do the home inspection. Definitely recommended! We only had 48 hours to arrange a home inspection as part of our purchase agreement. Brent picked up the phone at 6:30 am and squeezed us in for an inspection the next day. He arrived earlier than I did and stayed for 2 hrs even after I had to leave for work. He encouraged me to walk the property with him and was very helpful in explaining his findings to me. His report and pictures were very thorough. Great job.
